Were looking for a part-time coach to join our coaching team in a busy, community-driven functional fitness gym.This role is ideal for a coach who loves working with people, coaching movement properly, and being part of a supportive gym culture not just running classes and clocking out. Hours 8+ hours per week , with potential for more over time Early mornings and/or evenings required Must be available to work at least 1 weekend (Saturday Morning) in every 4 weeks. What Youll Be Doing Coaching group classes (functional fitness) Delivering clear, confident instruction and movement demos Correcting movement and scaling appropriately for all levels Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere in every class Supporting members before, during, and after sessions Helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional gym environment Potential Additional Roles (Experience Dependent) Coaching 1-1 personal training clients Leading induction session (1-1 and small group) Coaching youth group classes Coaching over 50s group sessions Coaching post natal classes.
