A key pillar of the business strategy is a strong D2C online ecommerce presence and this has been built over the last 10 years via our own eShop, with more recent expansion into Amazon and Tiktok.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels across our eShop and Amazon marketplace for our Beanies and Coffeeway brands. This hybrid role is based in the North East of England, offering flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration at our offices in Darlington.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the companys eCommerce platforms, including the eShop and Amazon Seller/Vendor accountsDevelop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experienceOversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management across all platformsAnalyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI) and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social)Manage Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) and marketplace performanceEnsure consistent brand presentation and compliance across all digital touchpointsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunitiesRequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in eCommerce management, with strong exposure to both eShop platforms and AmazonHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor CentralStrong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or similarKnowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practicesExcellent organizational and project management skillsCommercial mindset with a results-driven approachStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirableExperience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerceFamiliarity with international marketplaces and multi-channel retail strategiesExperience managing budgets and forecastingWhat We OfferSalary: 45,000 50,000 per annum, plus bonus (depending on experience)Hybrid working flexibilityOpportunities for career growth and developmentA collaborative and innovative working environmentHow to ApplyIf youre passionate about eCommerce and ready to take ownership of a growing digital channel, wed love to hear from you.
