Were growing fast and now need a hands-on, experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our installation teams and manage projects across multiple sites nationwide..Role DescriptionThis is a dual hands-on and project-management position. You will supervise and actively participate in high-quality LED and solar PV installations while overseeing projects end-to-end across the UK. You will be the key point of contact on site, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and client satisfaction are delivered every time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise teams of electricians and subcontractors on LED lighting and solar PV installations at commercial and industrial sites nationwide.Manage multiple concurrent projects: planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, cost control, and handover.Carry out site surveys, quality inspections, testing, on site risk assessments and commissioning.Ensure full compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition), MCS standards, Health & Safety legislation, and CEMAs rigorous quality processes.Coordinate with clients, project managers, and the head office in Market Rasen to keep projects on time and within budget.Mentor and develop junior electricians and apprentices.Communicating with the Operations Manager on a regular basis to provide updates on job progress, report any potential problems that you can foresee and to seek guidance or support as required.Travel UK-wide (company vehicle provided) and stay away when required (allowance and accommodation covered).Taking full ownership of personal health and safety responsibilities and those of the team, ensuring PPE is worn at all times, and reporting any non-compliance to the Operations Manager or Health & Safety Coordinator.To be responsible for personal health and safety and be aware of obligations to other employees and customers in accordance with legislation.Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by the business. What Were Looking For EssentialFully qualified electrician (City & Guilds 2365/2357 or equivalent) with current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. 2391 test and inspect Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrician in commercial installations (ideally solar PV, LED lighting, or renewables).Strong project-management skills able to run multiple sites simultaneously.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.JIB Gold Card (or equivalent) and up-to-date CSCS card.Excellent safety awareness and leadership skills.DesirableSolar PV specific qualifications SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.Experience with LED retrofit projects or commercial solar arrays.Basic first aid and IPAF qualifications.What We OfferCompetitive salary Performance-based bonus structure.Company van + fuel card (Business use only)Overnight allowance20 days holiday + bank holidays and 1 extra day per year worked to a maximum of 5 extra days.Auto-enrol pension schemeOngoing training and development (including renewable-energy qualifications)Long-term career progression within a growing, purpose-driven businessHow to Apply Please send your CV and a short covering note outlining your relevant supervisory and renewables experience to: [email protected] (quoting Electrical Supervisor March 2026).We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
