Mentoring a range of disciplines to help raise their personal competence is a primary aspect of the role, familiarity with assessing competency on an organisational and individual level is required.KeyResponsibilitiesThe following list of duties is not exhaustive, but includes:Maintain frequent communication with all sites in the global network to ensure that interfaces are managed effectivelyManage personal working schedule which ensures optimum service is provided for client baseProvide input to projects Contracting and Procurement StrategiesLead prequalification assessments of contractorsLead competency assessments of individuals undertaking key construction rolesProvide input to the permittingandregulatory requirementsAdvise on the process for the Transfer ofResponsibilityor Safe SystemsiofWorkEnsure PCI is produced andsufficientlydetailed for each projectAssist and advise on development of project H&S, and Quality plansSupportingthecontractpartnersintheirdeliveryoftheworkspackagestoenableefficient delivery of their sections of works.Recommendingtemporarymeasurestomitigatesafetyand/orqualityconcerns.Undertakingandrecordingsafetyand/orassuranceinspectionsthatsupporttheproject safetygoals.Ensuring clear, two-way communication to all partners so that all tasks and issues aremanagedappropriately.Encourage and supportanEHSculturethatsupportsthevaluesofWadeCMCAbout YouEssentialDegree in a construction-related subject (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering)Full UK driving licencePRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioneror equivalent project management qualificationAPM Project Management Qualification (PMQ)Health & Safety qualification (e.g.,NEBOSH Certificate)CSCS Card / Site Safety CertificationProven construction project management experience inpharmaceutical or life sciences facilitiesExperience working inGMP-compliant environmentsStrong knowledge of construction legislation, methods, and materialsProven ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects, resources, and deadlines effectivelyStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging all stakeholder levelsProficiencyin IT and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel)DesirableMember of the CIOB or other relevant professional bodyPMP (Project Management Professional) orChartered/qualified with APM /ChPPMasters (MSc) in Construction Project Management or MBAExperience managingmulti-site or large-scale projectsin regulated environmentsExperience withNEC3, NEC4, JCT, or bespoke contractsKnowledge of Agile or digital project delivery methodsAdvanced IT skills (BIM, AutoCAD, Excel for financial modelling)Strong stakeholder engagement andfull lifecycle project management knowledgeExperience in validation, commissioning, or regulatory compliance projectsOur OfferCompetitive Salary 6,000 Car AllowanceCompany Pension SchemeVitality Health CareThisrole is remoteEmployment type:full-time
