Job Description Were looking for a motivated and organisedEvent Executiveto join our marketing team and support the delivery of our growing events programme.Working closely with the Head of Events, youll help plan and execute a wide range of events including exhibitions, conferences, customer events, roundtables, webinars and internal events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early experience in marketing or events who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced B2B environment.Youll play a key role in ensuring events are delivered professionally, run smoothly, and support our wider marketing and demand generation objectives.Role accountabilities and responsibilities:Event Planning & DeliverySupport the planning and execution of a varied events programme including exhibitions, conferences, roundtables, webinars and customer eventsCoordinate logistics including venues, suppliers, stand build, AV, catering, travel and accommodationManage event timelines and ensure key milestones and deadlines are metAssist with on-site event delivery, ensuring events run smoothly and deliver a great attendee experienceMarketing and PromotionWork with the wider marketing team to support event promotion including email campaigns, landing pages and social mediaAssist with event registrations and attendee communicationsSupport the creation of event materials including presentations, signage, branded assets and collateralStakeholder CoordinationLiaise with internal stakeholders including sales, Pre-Sales, customer success and marketing teamsCoordinate speaker briefings and support agenda developmentHelp ensure teams attending events are fully briefed and preparedReporting and PerformanceTrack event registrations and attendanceSupport post-event reporting including leads generated, engagement and pipeline contributionAssist with post-event follow-up campaigns and nurture activityAdministration and OrganisationMaintain event trackers, budgets and project plansSupport supplier management and purchase order administrationEnsure event documentation and processes are organised and up to dateSkills & experienceEssential Skills/behaviours:3 years plus experience in an events, marketing or marketing operations roleExperience supporting corporate events, exhibitions or conferencesStrong organisational and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and detail-oriented approachThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCritical competencies:Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or 3+ years of B2B marketing experienceTechnical Skills:Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)Strong experience with CRM systems, preferred HubSpotIt would also be beneficial if you have experience with:B2B marketing environmentsEvent platforms or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Cvent, Swoogo or similar)Working with sales teams to support lead generation eventsBenefits & cultureAt Zellis we create market-leading HR & Payroll products and services, to power exceptional employee experiences so that you and your people do better.
