In this role, the successful Service Manager would be reporting directly to the Head of Operations, and be responsible for overseeing and supporting field-based engineers working across customer sites providing real-time solutions to site issues and engineer queries. The ideal Service Manager would come from an automotive background and have a good understanding of after market installations as well as strong leadership and management experience. The Role: Service Management of field engineers. Occasional travel to sites. People Management. Supporting the Head of Ops. The Person: Automotive or Auto Electronics background. People Management.
