We work with experienced academics, established professionals, and industry partners to ensure our courses remain relevant, supportive, and high-quality.Purpose of the RoleTo support the delivery of the Colleges wellbeing andinclusion strategy by coordinating, maintaining, and monitoring the TemporaryLearning Agreement and Learning Support Plans (TLA, LSPs). The role ensuresthat students requiring wellbeing or learning support receive timely, accurate,and sensitive assistance, with appropriate communication across academic andadministrative teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the TLA LSP database,ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR.Liaise with Student Success Tutors, lecturers,Academic Services, and the Learning and Teaching Office to ensure the effectiveimplementation of agreed student support measures.Log and track referrals from wellbeingconsultations, assessments, and external support services.Coordinate the creation, review, and closure ofTLA LSPs following wellbeing meetings or reasonable adjustment assessments.Support the Wellbeing Head and Wellbeing Leadand Academic Office in analysing TLA LSP trends to inform college-widewellbeing strategies.Maintain records of students support progressand follow up on wellbeing action plans.Communicate sensitively with students aboutavailable support and the purpose of TLA LSPs.Assist with wellbeing awareness events, mentalhealth first aid initiatives, and wellbeing data reports.Ensure compliance with duty of care,safeguarding, and equality policies.Support the development of digital andadministrative systems for wellbeing documentation and referrals.Essential Skills and ExperienceExperience in student support, counsellingadministration, or academic services.Strong organisational and data managementskills.Understanding of confidentiality andsafeguarding principles.Excellent communication and empathy in dealingwith sensitive issues.Familiarity with higher/further educationsettings and wellbeing referral processes.
