We are a space for thinkers who are also doers.About the RoleGRIT Media's Founder and Managing Director is based in Bournemouth and requires a Personal Assistant to offer day to day support in navigating a busy schedule and regular travel.This highly organised, proactive individual will work closely with the Founder as she grows this fast-paced creative agency.In this rapidly evolving digital environment the role will support both the Founder and the GRIT Media team responsible for content production and distribution by managing logistical and technical tasks.This hands-on, varied role combines personal assistant duties with office management responsibilities. It offers flexible and remote working hours, with some travel and weekend work required - depending on shoot schedules.Key Interests Beyond the need for technical skills, the Personal Assistant must have a passion for action- or motorsport, particularly rally and offroad adventures.Must love dogs.Key Requirements Previous experience in a creative, media, or agency environment would be an advantage.Full UK driving licence.Authorized to work in United Kingdom.No need for visa sponsorship.What Youll Be DoingPersonal Assistant ResponsibilitiesAssisting with personal and professional projects (office, business, home)Manage personal errands and appointmentsSupport with personal admin and ad-hoc tasks as requiredManage the Founders diary, meetings, and prioritiesHandle emails, messages, and follow-ups on behalf of the FounderProject SupportPrepare notes, documents, and briefings ahead of meetingsResearching information and preparing summaries and recommendationsSupport the planning of agency projects particularly schedules, locations, equipment, and talent specifically; Coordinating tasks, suppliers, and deadlines, andCoordinating complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transport.Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across projectsKeep projects moving by chasing actions and keeping stakeholders alignedAct as liaison between departments, coordinating with graphic designers and video editors to maintain cohesion across all channels.Agency & Operations SupportProvide general admin support across the agency when neededLiaise with clients, suppliers, and freelancersHelp organise internal processes, documents, and shared resourcesSupport with invoicing, expenses, and basic reportingEnsure clear communication and smooth handoversWhat Were Looking ForA multi-tasking hero with skills in:Simple graphic design and presentation building skills - an eye for designProducing presentations, infographics, and other multimedia contentProficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication toolsExperience in a PA, production assistant, or admin support role.Highly organised with strong time management skills.A solutions driven individual who is not afraid to take initiative.Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with high-profile clients and creative staff.Confident using tools such as Google Workspace, calendars, and task management tools.Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a Founder.
