Job Description As a Warehouse & Logistics Operator, you will play a key role in supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations by ensuring the efficient and compliant flow of materials across the facility. You will be responsible for a range of warehouse and logistics activities that directly support live manufacturing and production schedules.This role also provides valuable hands-on experience with systems such as SAP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and digital workflows, helping you develop skills relevant to modern automated and data-driven manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process inbound deliveries, verifying documentation and resolving any discrepancies.Upload delivery and quality documentation into the Quality Management System to maintain GMP compliance.Pick, check, and stage materials required for manufacturing in line with production schedules.Follow established standards for labelling, storage, handling, and inventory control within a regulated (GxP) environment.Coordinate internal deliveries across the site to ensure manufacturing teams receive materials on time.Key Requirements: At least 4 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.A forklift license Experience working in a GMP or GDP regulated environment.Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).Experience within a highly regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals or life sciences.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with SAP and Smartsheet is advantageous.Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.Flexible and able to adapt to operational needs.Strong attention to detail with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Motivated to contribute within a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative organisation.A 28-day rotating schedule12-hour shiftsDay shift: 7:00am 7:00pmDesigned to support continuous 24/7 manufacturing operationsAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
