Job Description Commercial Change ManagerReigate, Surrey | 3 days on site60,000 + 5,000 car allowanceWere supporting the search for a Commercial Change Manager to join a major public sector FM account.This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the commercial and contractual detail behind complex FM delivery and can bring structure, rigour and confidence to change management across a live account.Youll play a key role in managing contractual change end to end, ensuring robust governance, accurate commercial reporting, and strong coordination across client and supply chain stakeholders. Its a role for someone who is commercially sharp, financially aware, and confident working in a detail-heavy environment.What this role will involve:Managing contractual change across a public sector FM accountOverseeing Compensation Events and Early Warning NoticesSupporting strong commercial governance and contract complianceReviewing cost reporting, change documentation and audit trailsWorking closely with internal teams, the client and supply chain partnersHelping to identify risk, resolve issues and keep change moving properly through the right channelsWhat were looking for:Experience in public sector FMA background in account management, contract management or commercial managementStrong commercial and financial awarenessConfidence working with contractual processes, governance and reportingExperience negotiating with clients and managing stakeholder relationshipsNEC4 or CCS contract experience would be a real advantageThis role would suit someone who enjoys working at the commercial heart of an account and can combine attention to detail with strong relationship management.Location: Reigate, SurreyWorking pattern: 3 days on sitePackage: 60,000 + 5,000 car allowanceTo find out more, or for a confidential conversation, please get in touch with Mike Kennedy who is leading this search campaign.
