Job Description Assistant Aftersales ManagerLocation: ExeterSalary: 35,000 40,000 Basic + BonusPembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Exeter who are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the running of their Service and Parts departments.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Service Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor ready to step up into a senior leadership role.The Role:Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the daily running of the departmentOverseeing Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Parts teamDriving labour sales, efficiency, and productivityMonitoring KPIs and assisting with departmental reportingEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)Supporting staff training, coaching, and developmentMaintaining compliance with FCA and Health & Safety standardsThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience within a dealership aftersales environmentExperience as a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop ControllerStrong leadership and organisational skillsCommercial awareness and target-driven mindsetExcellent communication and problem-solving abilityFull UK driving licence
