The HR and ER Advisor will lead and assist on matters related to Human Resources and Employee Relations, ensuring clients receive timely and expert advice. Key responsibilities include drafting HR policies, advising clients on labor and employment law compliance, managing employee relations issues, conducting HR-related meetings, and supporting dispute resolution processes where necessary.QualificationsSolid foundation in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR PoliciesIn-depth understanding of Labor and Employment LawDemonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and managing workplace conflictsStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlinesProficiency in preparing and reviewing HR documents and policiesRelevant experience or certifications in HR or Employment Law are advantageous
