Youll have the autonomy to develop your own desk whilst enjoying exceptional support, resources, and genuine career progression. As an in-demand supplier, we have a lot of ready to work requirements so we have very hot desks waiting for the right people. What Youll DoBuild and develop strong client and candidate relationshipsIdentify and drive new business opportunitiesSource, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment processAdvise clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategiesNegotiate offers and manage the full recruitment cycleSupport and collaborate with the existing legal recruitment teamWhat Were Looking ForAt least two years of solid experience in legal recruitment and placing fee earnersA proven record of billings, client development, and consistent performanceStrong commercial acumen and organisational skillsConfidence, resilience, and a genuine passion for successThe successful candidates will have access to a dedicated legal resource team who will support you in delivering high-level candidates to your client base.Why Gerrard White?With over 20 years of success, Gerrard White is a trusted name in legal recruitment with an office in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.
