About the RoleAs our HR Administrator, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily HR operations. From recruitment coordination and onboarding to records management and training support, you'll be the backbone of our HR function. Youll work closely with teams across the business and directly support the HR Division in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingAdvertise job vacancies and screen CVsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersPrepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packsSchedule and support induction processesHR OperationsMaintain and update employee records (digital & physical)Track key HR milestones like probation and contract renewalsManage attendance and leave recordsProcess changes in employee status and liaise with Payroll accordinglyCompliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory HR practicesAssist with documentation for audits (HSE, labor law, etc.)Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate technical and safety training for office and site staffMaintain training and certification recordsSchedule performance reviews and feedback sessionsHR Support & CultureRespond to employee queries regarding policies and proceduresSupport HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and engagementAssist with internal HR communications QualificationsEducation: CIPD Level 3 or higher (or equivalent HR studies)Experience: At least 2 years in a similar HR roleLanguages: Fluency in EnglishIT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems What You BringStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood understanding of employment law and HR best practices What We OfferA dynamic role in a globally recognised company with opportunities for growth and development.28 Days Annual Leave.Comprehensive Group Life Insurance.Ongoing training and professional development support.Equal Opportunities & AccessibilityKLEEMANN UK GROUP is proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.
