Job Description We are looking for an exceptional CEO to lead a Worcestershire charity into its next phase of impact, sustainability and strategic growth- Salary: 65,000 + benefits | Full time (flexible considered)The charity supports people experiencing homelessness and severe disadvantage through open-access, trauma-informed services including day centre provision, outreach, harm reduction, housing support, and essentials.This is a pivotal senior leadership role with full responsibility for strategy, operations, governance, finance and partnerships.Were looking for a leader who can:Deliver organisational strategy and sustainable growthLead high-quality frontline servicesStrengthen financial resilience and income generationWork closely with a committed Board of TrusteesBuild strong commissioner, funder and partner relationshipsChampion values-led, dignity-first supportIdeal background includes senior leadership in the charity, public or social sector, with experience in governance, financial oversight, partnerships and organisational delivery.
