The business works with a range of well-known UK brands, delivering high-quality websites, branding, and digital marketing solutions designed to stand out in competitive markets.The OpportunityThis is a hybrid design and development role suited to a junior or midweight digital creative who enjoys both the visual and technical side of building digital experiences.Youll be joining a collaborative team environment where youll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and develop your skillset across a variety of client work.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging, high-quality websites and digital experiences across desktop and mobileBuild responsive websites (e.g. using Webflow or similar platforms)Collaborate on branding, creative direction, and UI/UX improvementsManage your own workload and deliver projects to deadlinesMake basic HTML/CSS updates and support responsive design implementationSupport wider digital activity such as SEO, PPC, or performance optimisation when requiredRequirementsExperience designing and building websitesStrong visual design skills, with a clean and modern aestheticFamiliarity with tools such as Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamConfident communication skills, including client interactionProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and developAbility to commute to the office in EssexFull right to work in the UK without sponsorship
