Job Description Houing Site Manager (1 Week Cover) with Telehandler Ticket Site Manager 1 Week Cover (Bespoke Housing) Location : Grantham NG33 Start : 16th February 2026 Rate : DOE (Outside IR35 / Ltd Company) Duration : 1 Week (Holiday Cover) Sector : Bespoke New Build Housing The Opportunity Were recruiting for a Site Manager to provide 1 week of holiday cover on a bespoke new build housing development in Grantham. Youll be supporting a highquality housebuilder known for delivering premium, design-led residential schemes.This assignment involves overseeing daytoday site operations while also helping out with onsite tasks as required ideal for someone handson with experience across residential projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and maintain a safe, compliant working environment. Coordinate trades, deliveries, and material movements. Assist with general site duties where required (handson support expected). Maintain site records, inductions, permits, and daily checks. Continue smooth progress of works during the Site Managers absence.
