Job Description Project ManagerLocation: Oxford (on-site)Salary: Competitive + BenefitsSecurity Clearance: SC requiredThe Opportunity:Were partnering with a globally recognised aerospace organisation to recruit a Project Manager into their high-performing Customisation & Development team.This role will see you leading the delivery of complex, multi-million-pound engineering projects for government and specialist aviation customers. Youll manage the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.Key Responsibilities:Deliver multiple concurrent projects with full lifecycle ownershipLead cross-functional teams across engineering and operationsManage project risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelinesReport into senior stakeholders and governance structuresEnsure adherence to project controls, KPIs, and best practice methodologiesWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience delivering complex engineering or aerospace projectsStrong background in project controls, financial management, and risk managementExperience working in highly regulated environments (aviation/defence desirable)Knowledge of tools such as Primavera P6 and/or SAPActive SC clearance (essential)Qualifications:Formal Project Management certification (APMP, Prince2, or equivalent)Background in aerospace, aviation, or engineering environments preferredAbout You:Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communicator, able to operate at all levelsProactive, adaptable, and delivery-focusedComfortable managing complexity and driving outcomesWhats on Offer:Competitive salary + bonus potentialPrivate medical insuranceGenerous pension schemeShare/incentive schemesAdditional flexible benefitsPlease note: This is an on-site role in Oxford with occasional travel.
