Job Description Physical Security Specialist - CCTV / Access ControlWe are partnered with a global leader in semiconductor IP and microprocessor technology; The team is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to establish and integrate a risk-based, intelligence-led function within the broader Enterprise Security framework.Key responsibilities for this Physical Security Specialist position:Establish and mature the Physical Security function, aligning strategy with enterprise risk appetite and converged cyber security.Define policies for zoning, access control, CCTV, and incident management, ensuring "secure-by-design" architecture.Establish a Physical SOC (PSOC) operating model, including response playbooks and escalation frameworks.Align physical incident response with cyber and crisis management processes.Lead vendor governance and rationalize the security technology stack, improving detection through analytics and automation.Deliver gap analyses and provide an executive reporting framework on the global physical risk posture.Key requirements:Strong background in designing Physical Security operating models within multinational or tech-led organizations.Experience in site assessment modeling, asset-tiering, and integrating physical risk into enterprise compliance.Proficiency with Enterprise Access Control, CCTV platforms, and identity management systems.Proven ability to influence senior leadership and translate physical risks into business and cyber contexts.Recognized certification such as CPP, PSP, or CSMP is highly desirable.Strong vendor management skills and experience building structure in evolving, fast-paced environments.Keywords: Physical Security / Enterprise Security / PSOC / Access Control / Risk Management / CCTV / Security Architecture / Incident Response / CPP / PSP / CSMP / Cambridge / Semiconductor / Vendor Governance / Crisis ManagementIf you are interested in this Physical Security Specialist position, please send a CV to [email protected] applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
