Job Description About Servaada, a Wipro company: Servaada is Wipro's UK entity, authorised by the FCA (the UK financial services regulator) to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.About the Role: The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months, providing an excellent opportunity to gain considerable experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic team.Working with the Migration Programme Manager to lead and manage a migration workstream, ensuring the workstream successfully achieves the programme aims and delivers good customer outcomes. A key part of the role is to ensure effective governance and oversight of migration activities, ensuring they align with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures and that all outsourcing contractual agreements are met.As a Project Manager in the migration, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical pensions migration, as part of a wider Transformation roadmap. This work involves the migration of data, products, calculations, and processes to the ALPHA system, alongside the transitioning of business operations; ensuring that customer service is optimised, and seamlessly transitioned.You will oversee all aspects of planning and execution for your assigned workstream, working across internal teams and third-party providers, you will coordinate and lead workstream meetings, activities, track, and report on progress using Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Management Information (MI) and manage risks via RAID logs.With a strong focus on business readiness and customer outcomes, you will ensure that colleagues and customers experience a smooth transition, mitigating operational disruption. This role requires a strong understanding of ALPHA migrations, the business operation, excellent third-party management skills, and a keen eye for risk mitigation.You will provide inspirational and motivational direction to create a high-performance culture across the business promoting a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and customer focus.Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the workstream delivery approach, ensuring the transition minimises risk, preserves critical business processes, and delivers a seamless experience for end usersTrack progress through KRIs and MI reporting, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility into migration readiness and any associated risksManage RAID logs and ensure robust risk mitigation strategies, identifying potential challenges early and implementing appropriate solutions to protect customer outcomesEngage and manage relationships with third-party providers, ensuring effective collaboration, adherence to agreed plans, and alignment of delivery expectationsOversee activities from Business Analysts, and other contributors, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and any external providersEnsure data integrity and process continuity, working closely with Data, Technology, and Operations teams to preserve business-critical processes during migrationFacilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring all relevant partiesincluding senior leadership, business teams, and external vendorsare informed and alignedEnsure business readiness, supporting operational teams through the transition by addressing potential process changes, user impact, and system adoptionManage the RACI framework, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities across all migration workstreamsWork with external providers to ensure alignment between different delivery methodologies, managing expectations and driving a consistent approach to migration governanceManage change control and governance processes, ensuring that all migration decisions are well-documented, justified, and aligned with business objectivesOversee budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure to keep the migration on track and within scopeStay ahead of regulatory and compliance considerations, ensuring the migration aligns with financial services regulations and best practicesSkills, Qualifications and Experience: Essential:Proven experience of project management in migration programmes, particularly involving platform transitions and data migrationExpertise in project workstream and programme governance, including RAID management, change control, business readiness, and stakeholder reporting via KRIs and MIGood third-party/vendor management skills, with experience working with external providers in regulated environmentsSolid understanding of Financial Services, within the UK regulated environmentStrong problem-solving skills and risk management expertise, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategiesExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operational teamsExperience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, and external vendorsFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience working with external providers following different delivery approachesApplication of Individual Conduct Rules: Standard of conduct is reasonable under all circumstances relating toMust act with integrityMust act with due skill, care, and diligenceMust be open and cooperative with the FCA and other regulatorsMust pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairlyMust observe proper standards of market conductEqual Opportunities:Servaada is committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
