Job Description Corporate Lawyer Future Energy (14 PQE) - Belfast | Hybrid WorkingConekt Legal is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Corporate Lawyer (14 PQE) to join its growing Future Energy team in Belfast.This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile renewable energy M&A transactions as part of one of the most active clean energy legal teams globally. The role offers exposure to innovative clean energy projects and the chance to work with clients operating at the forefront of the energy transition.Key responsibilities include:Supporting senior lawyers on renewable energy M&A transactionsAssisting with transaction management, due diligence and deal coordinationDrafting and negotiating ancillary documentation and commercial agreementsWorking with clients across a range of clean energy technologies including wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen and electric vehicle infrastructureCollaborating with specialists across disciplines to support projects throughout their lifecycleYou will beQualified solicitor with 14 years PQEExperience advising on corporate transactions, it is ideal you have energy experience but not essential - strong corporate solicitors interested in working in energy will also be consideredStrong drafting, organisational and communication skillsCommercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approachInterest in the clean energy sector and energy transitionIf you are interested in a confidential chat about this role please get in touch at [email protected] to set up a call.
