Job Description Senior EC&I Designer Renfrew or Teesside | Full TimeWe are supporting a leading engineering services organisation in the search for a Senior Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) Designer to join their project delivery team within the process and energy sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce EC&I design deliverables across FEED and detailed engineering phasesGenerate cable routing layouts, block diagrams and single line diagrams using AutoCADPerform cable calculations using Trimble (Amtech) and lighting calculations using DialuxParticipate in design reviews, technical queries and change control processesConduct site surveys and support documentation for work packs and design packagesCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated plant designRequirementsHNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years EC&I design experience within process, industrial or energy environmentsExperience with AutoCAD, Trimble (Amtech), Dialux, and ideally E3DStrong understanding of British and international engineering standardsThe OpportunityJoin a project-focused engineering team delivering complex industrial and energy sector projects, working alongside experienced multidisciplinary specialists.For more information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch.
