Job Description We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team at J & G Wilson, Solicitors and Estate Agents, Kinross a forward-thinking law practice but with deep roots in Kinross-shire and the surrounding area.We are a long established high street firm dedicated to providing our clients with a personal and proactive service. We see developing long term client relationships as highly important for our clients and the growth of the firm.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to become part of a friendly and supportive team in a well-respected local firm.This post is office based.Key responsibilities will include:Subject to appropriate supervision, managing your own caseload from the beginningof a transaction through to completionLiaising with clients, other solicitors, estate agents and lendersPreparing legal documentation and correspondenceSupporting the solicitors with their transactions when requiredThe ideal candidate will have:Experience in residential conveyancing and ideally be Law Society of ScotlandaccreditedExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detailThe ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing their own workloadIn return, we offer the opportunity to work in a well-respected local firm with a supportive team and strong community connections.A competitive salary in-line with experience is offered.You can apply by sending your CV with a supporting letter to Eric Williamson, Director, [email protected]
