Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a world leading global organisation, we are looking for a Formulation Technician to work with Manpower based at our clients Research & Development Facility in Seacroft, Leeds.This is a Full-time temporary role (maternity cover) to run until March 2027, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30-16:45 with 45 minute lunch break) Compensation for this role is competitive paying 27,300 per annum, pro rata (14.00 per hour) plus performance related bonus.We are seeking a Formulation Technician based at a client research facility working with some of the worlds leading deodorant brands.Responsibilities:Coordinate stock levels and manage Fragrance house requests Prepare and send sample request to US factorySend samples to Fragrance housesCollect raw materials from warehouse/factoryFilling of samples for testing (Roll-ons, Stick)Filling of Aerosols (inc Gassing)Setting up the storage at all temperaturesSample preparation for Tests (Hot room, Clinical, Sensory testing) Laboratory Housekeeping Washing of lab materials and storing in cupboardsSupport lab 'storage clear outsSupervising raw material collection rota Order of lab supplies including raw materials & packagingEnsure that waste disposal is completed according to agreed SOPBe an active member of lab teamLab waste managementEnsure lab coats & high vis jackets are cleaned regularlyExperience:Lab Technician experience required Interested in working in this fieldGood IT skillsGood communication skills and well organised
