The role involves supporting the team by delivering repairs and maintenance services to residents, internal staff, and partners. Responsibilities include conducting electrical tests, surveys, inspections, portable appliance testing, and providing detailed reports as needed. The position will require occasional out of hours work, which will add to your earnings.
