The assessor will perform site inspections, identify fire risks, produce detailed FRA reports and provide practical, prioritised recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct PAS 79 compliant Fire Risk Assessments across all assigned building typesEvaluate adequacy of fire safety measures and management proceduresProvide clear, prioritised recommendations to reduce fire riskProduce clear, accurate and professional Fire Risk Assessment reportsPrioritise recommendations based on risk levelAdvise Responsible Persons, property managers and building owners on fire risks and complianceSupport clients in understanding their legal responsibilities under UK fire safety legislation and advising on fire risk reduction strategiesCandidates must hold a recognised Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification, have a minimum 2 years experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments across multiple building types. xjdpvnf Other RequirementsFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel nationallyProfessional and client-focused approachMembership of a recognised fire safety professional bodyIf you are an experienced Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor looking to progress your career, we would welcome your application.
