Job Title: Gen AI Engineer Location: Norwich, Norfolk Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 Months Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative models-including LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs-to solve real-world problems and enhance product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into scalable applications, driving impactful innovation within a purpose-led global organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement generative models using state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., GPT, DALL E, Stable Diffusion). Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains. Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI features into products. Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI. Ensure ethical and responsible AI development , including bias mitigation and safety evaluations. Essential Skills, Experience, and Abilities: Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). Solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, and generative modeling techniques . Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale models .
