Billing Executive Join a leading Comms & IT service provider in the North-West, supporting customers across the UK as an experienced Billing Executive to join the finance team and take ownership of accurate, timely monthly billing across telecoms and IT services. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in telecoms or IT billing who wants to make an impact in a fast-moving, supportive environment. What's on Offer Competitive salary 27,000-30,000 Birthday day off Supportive, collaborative culture Contributory pension scheme Career development Health care plan & wellbeing initiatives On-site parking and work-from-home on a Wednesday MondayFriday working pattern You will be: Highly organised, proactive, detail-driven self-starter Previous experience in a telecoms billing role Understanding of services such as Hosted Telephony, Broadband, Connectivity, Mobile (beneficial) Confident using CRM systems and billing platforms Strong Excel and data-handling skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment Key Responsibilities Own the monthly bill run, ensuring accurate, timely completion, including corrections and tariff adjustments Collect and manage CDRs and SDRs for accurate billing and reporting Maintain accurate customer tariffs and process service changes or amendments Investigate and resolve billing faults, queries, and discrepancies Act as the main point of contact for billing queries, providing clear explanations and strong client support Build and maintain professional customer relationships Analyse billing data to identify process improvements and accuracy enhancements Support preparation of customer billing communications Provide administrative and billing support to the finance team and wider business Work in line with company values and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture TPBN1_UKTJ
