What you'll be doing: Supporting and developing a small QA team (currently two people) Helping to embed and improve quality systems and processes across site Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards Working closely with the Technical Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives This isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about building on recent progress and helping shape a quality function that supports the business as it continues to grow.
