We're looking for a Client Accountant to join a growing team and take ownership of a multi-site residential portfolio. This is not just a support role, youll be empowered to manage, report and drive real financial insight across a diverse property portfolio.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.What Youll Be Doing:Portfolio ManagementTake full ownership of a regional portfolio of residential sites typically 45, depending on size.Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights.Monthly & Quarterly ReportingLead the creation of management packs, with commentary that brings the numbers to life.Drive monthly forecasting and support budgeting processes across departments.Deliver clear variance/trend analysis to help shape performance conversations with stakeholders.Site-Level EngagementAttend monthly meetings with site teams across UK wide portfolio.Provide financial support and commentary to both internal external stakeholders.Day-to-Day AccountingOversee rent sweeps, funding requests, and cashflow reporting.Collaborate with Accounts Payable and onsite teams to ensure smooth month-end processes and invoice management.Ensure completeness of month-end processes and support the audit as needed.Who Were Looking For:Qualified or Studying:AAT qualified. Open to someone studying towards CIMA or ACCA you will be supported with time off and financial support.Experienced:You know your way around monthly reporting, P&L forecasting, and management packs.
