You will be the gel between your FA's and their clients. Ensuring a high customer experience externally and provide research, planning and reports.Offering leading products across the UK this Paraplanner opportunities offers development, stability, responsibility and variety within a well renowned firm.What does our clients benefits scheme include?Up to a 20% annual bonus scheme (performance based)Professional investment plans for relevant courses, exams and industry training materials25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays (plus additional one each year and option to buy more/sell)Annual salary reviewsPrivate medical insurance and life cover availableRecruitment referrals bonusHybrid working offering 2 days from home post probationEarly finish Friday's, Christmas shutdowns, summer and winter events and additional time off on your birthdayFree on-site parkingThis Paraplanner role will hold the below responsibilities:Work seamlessly with your allocated FA'sProduce Suitability LettersProduce CFRsProvide a point of contact for all queries pertinent to your role from the teamProvide technical support to the teamUse initiative to locate answers and helps others use their initiative to locate answersCommunicate with practice manager regarding any potential issuesManage and resolve technical queriesKeep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your roleShow willingness to expand and increase knowledge of all areas of financial services specifically pensions, investments and tax and trustsPersonally manage workflowThe ideal candidate for this Paraplanner role will hold the below experience, skills and qualifications:Prior xjdpvnf Paraplanning experience is essential due to the nature of the roleQualified through DipPFS, CII, DipPP or Cert in ParaplanningExperience producing Suitability Letters, CFRs and completing product researchAbility to confidently manage internal and external relationshipsThe ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly mannerAbility to work autonomously, remotely and within a teamAnalytical with precise attention to detailAbility to accurately transpose informationExperience in maintaining systems, processes and proceduresUp to date knowledge of regulation, legislation and taxationFull UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
