Job description: At Cavell Healthcare, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of care to individuals in their own homes.Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.We provide a range of services designed to support people to live independently and maintain a high quality of life.We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Homecare Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in their own homes in the WROXHAM area.Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Support clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning.Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring clients are eating healthily.Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships with clients.Administer medication and support clients with their medication needs.Monitor clients well-being and report any concerns or changes in health to the management team.Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential.Passionate about helping others and making a real difference in their lives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' needs.Full UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle.Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.What We Can Offer Competitive hourly rate.Paid travel and mileage allowance.Paid training.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Refer a Friend Scheme.Employee Assistance Programme.Care Worker of the Month Award. xjdpvnf Guaranteed contracted hours.Pay Rates 12.72 during the week 13.78 at weekends 15.90 bank holidays Paid travel and mileage Shift Patterns 07:00am- 14:00pm 16:00pm- 22:00pm Alternative weekends are a requirement
