Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday up to 43,000 34 days holidays (inc bank holidays) to start rising to 43 after year 5, support, CPD, induction, IT Kit, eye tests, Long serve rewards, wellbeing initiatives, birthday off, progression opportunities and much more The Learning Coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery out in the workplace.You will work closely with other Learning coachs to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom will be embedded in the workplace. You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentices journey through progress reviews.You will be expected to embed maths and English into your delivery to ensure that learners that do not have the required level of Functional skills or equivalent can pass the exams. Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively. Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements. What Were Looking For Extensive scaffoldingexperience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider. Someone who loves sharing knowledge and teaching and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively. Desirable: Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
