Support Worker We are seeking caring and committed individuals to join a supportive care team delivering high quality support across Dorset. Overview Position: Support Worker Salary: 12.27 per hour rising to 12.52 after probation and Care Certificate Location: Stalbridge, Sherborne, Weymouth and Dorchester Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing Date: Ongoing About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide high quality care and support, helping people to live independently and achieve meaningful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Providing personal care and daily living support Supporting with meal preparation and medication Assisting individuals in the community Building positive, trusting relationships Working collaboratively within a care team Recording and reporting changes in needs Following safeguarding and confidentiality procedures About You Compassionate, patient and committed Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible to work a rota including some weekends Passionate about delivering person centred care Previous experience helpful but not essential as training is provided About the Organisation A well established charity with over 30 years' experience supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
