The school is continuing its improvement journey and is looking for a strong, visible leader who can embed consistency, strengthen pastoral systems and support staff ahead of inspection.The RoleLead on behaviour strategy and pastoral consistency across KS3 and KS4Coach and mentor non-teaching Heads of DepartmentWork closely with the Deputy Head (line manager) and HeadteacherUse data systems confidently to drive improvement in behaviour and achievementBe a visible presence around school, building credibility and relationships quicklyEmbed sustainable systems that demonstrate clear impactTeaching is expected as part of the role, though the timetable can be flexible depending on subject and experience.
