Known internationally, the inn is a popular destination venue welcoming visitors from across the UK and beyond.Due to its unique rural location, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work at one of the UKs most iconic hospitality venues, with live-in accommodation available during shifts.This position would suit someone already experienced in hospitality working in a similar role who is looking for a fresh new challenge.What we need from you:A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Duty Manager within hospitality or in a similar supervisory or management roleWillingness to support and cover staff shortages at the additional site when requiredExperience managing a team with strong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest serviceThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong customer service skillsExcellent attention to detailA full UK driving licence is essentialWhat this role involves:Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the inn. Duties include, but are not limited to:Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest experience are consistently deliveredHandling customer complaints, refunds and negative reviews professionallyMaintaining strong guest communication and interaction on siteDeveloping and managing activity plans to maximise the value of facilities, including working towards agreed KPIsMonitoring operational costs and stock controlContributing to social media activity and content ideasSupporting on-site marketing initiatives to encourage repeat visitsEnsuring point of sale materials are maintained and merchandise is actively promotedChecking guest rooms, communal areas and grounds to ensure they meet agreed cleanliness standardsCashing up and ensuring till closures are completed accuratelyLeading and supporting operational teams, including conducting staff appraisalsSalary: 14 16 per hourHours of work:3555 hours per week. xjdpvnf Full-time hours between 11am 11pm, including weekends on a rota basis.Benefits:Live-in accommodation available during shiftsPension schemeHoliday entitlementPerformance bonus and tipsDiscounted food and drinkEmployee discountOn-site parkingMileage paid for any required travel between sitesPlease apply now.
