This role blends frontline service with behind-the-scenes coordination, giving you the chance to shape the atmosphere and quality of our offerings every day.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise shifts and guide the team through daily service with confidence and careDeliver excellent customer service, managing front-of-house duties with friendliness and efficiencyHandle cash transactions accurately and perform end-of-day cashing upTrain new colleagues to uphold our standards and foster a positive work environmentSupport gelato production with hands-on help and training, so you get involved in our craftAssist with routine operational tasks to keep things running like clockworkWhat Were Looking ForExperience in hospitality or food service, with a solid grasp of customer care and food safetyComfortable using tills and managing stock effectivelyA natural ability to lead shifts and solve challenges on the flySomeone who values teamwork and enjoys coaching othersA proactive attitude and willingness to learn the craft of gelato production (training provided)What Youll GainJoining us means being part of an enthusiastic team that values your input and growth.
