You will join a growing and ambitious team that has an emphasis on delivering quality installations in this exciting industry. You will have a proven ability within the industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You'll need excellent organisational skills and strong leadership skills as you'll be responsible for overseeing the work of your small team. We're also looking for a proactive approach to problem solving and a positive attitude to health and safety.What you will get from us:Uncapped Earning Potential Your ambition sets the limitHoliday Pay based on average earningsTwice-Yearly Bonuses Earn an extra 2% top up in July and DecemberStructured Induction Training Support from experienced colleaguesCompany van Get to and from site with a Clarkson Evans work vanFull Support Network Dedicated in-house technical expertise to make your job easierResponsibilitiesInstallation of GSE and Viridian solar PV panels to a high standard including accurately marking out and preparing the roof for installation and running then connecting DC cables according to specifications.Review and verify technical drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment prior to installation.Inspect work at all stages and correct any issues as they ariseTake clear, well framed photos to evidence the work has been completed to a high standardComplete relevant forms and processes accurately and on time to support quality assurance, record keeping and coordination of workflow between teamsManaging a small team (typically one other Installer)Follow and enforce health and safety procedures and protocols at all timesRequirementsPrevious experience in solar PV installationIPAF and telehandler licence a distinct advantageCSCS cardFull UK manual driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the UKYou must be eligible to work in the UKMethodical, accurate and process focused approach to tasksGood problem-solving and communications skillsAbility to read and follow detailed instructions and technical drawingsClarkson Evans is an equal opportunities employer and we're proud of our fair and inclusive recruitment process.
