Deputy Manager - Children and Young PeopleRead on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Location: Various homes across South WalesContract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to 42,900 per annum (dependent on experience)Lead with purpose and help shape the future of children in care.Brook Street Social Care are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Manager to support the efficient running of children's residential homes across South Wales. This is a vital leadership role for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and empowering young people to thrive.The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you'll provide operational support to the Registered Manager and take charge of the home in their absence.
