Support Team Leader / Service ManagerBelow, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.Supported Living - AdultsLearning Disabilities, Mental Health & Complex Needs9 Bed Supported Living over two supportsLeeds, United Kingdom (LS26 and LS15)Salary: 34,000 - 34,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per weekWe are recruiting for an experienced Support Team Leader / Service Manager to oversee a 6 bed supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and some physical disabilities. This is a fully staffed, well-established service, and we are seeking a true leader - not just a manager.The RoleAs Support Team Leader / Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership and development of the service. You will lead, support and inspire a team of support staff to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care while ensuring full regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and motivate a team of support staffProvide effective supervision, guidance and support to ensure high-quality care deliveryOversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing staff developmentEnsure compliance with CQC standards, policies and proceduresBuild positive, professional relationships with individuals we support, their families and external professionalsMonitor and review care plans, risk assessments and support strategiesWork collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholdersManage budgets, resources and administrative responsibilities efficientlyEssential Experience & QualificationsProven leadership experience within a CQC-regulated settingExperience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needsA leadership-focused approach, with the ability to inspire and develop staffLevel 5 xjdpvnf Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards / willing to complete within an agreed timeframe)Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding and best practiceFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicleBenefitsOngoing training and professional developmentClear progression opportunities within a growing organisationPension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeIf you are a passionate, values-led leader who is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities, we would love to hear from you.#LEEJP
