Dutton Recruitment Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting: We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Supervisor for a permanent position based with our client in York Immediate start available (Subject to interview process) Salary is 40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Working hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday with half an hour unpaid for lunch and a 15-minute paid break in the morning and afternoon. Duties: Daily supervision and motivation of a mechanical assembly team Mentoring and managing team performance Ensure the work is done to the correct standard in as efficiently and safely as possible Must have: Previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisory role within manufacturing / Assembly / Fitting environment Hands-on mechanical/basic electrical fitting experience Proven ability to deliver projects to timescales Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Dutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client.
