Job Description Were looking for committed, experienced tutors in theOxford areawho are ready to step into a role that goes beyond academics.If youre an educator who understands that some young people need more than a lesson plan they need consistency, patience, and someone who truly gets it read on.Who Youll Be SupportingWe receive a high volume of referrals for bothprimary and secondary-aged pupils, many withSEMH and complex needs.Our primary referrals are often from schools seeking targeted, personalised intervention.Our secondary referrals frequently involve students who may:Be out of school or on reduced timetablesHave struggled in mainstream settingsNeed structured, calm, consistent support to rebuild confidenceWhether primary or secondary, this role is about helping young people reconnect with learning at their pace, but with clear direction.Availability RequirementsMinimum1015 hours per weekCore hours between8:30am3:30pmMonday to Friday availability essentialConsistency and reliability are absolutely key.
