Job Description The Borough Arms is a charming traditional pub thats steeped in history and blessed with spectacular surroundings.You will be leading our team at this incredible site, nestled along the famous Camel Trail, the building dates back to the 1850s when its original purpose was to service trains taking china clay from the moor down to the port at Padstow.About you:You head up the front of the business, leading a team of passionate team members to deliver experiences that delight.You champion the spirit and values of St Austell Brewery, inspiring those around you and setting a glowing example for them to follow.Closely monitoring your teams performance gives you the insight to give praise where its due, provide constructive feedback, and nurture talent.You oversee all aspects of finance and admin procedures with ease.
