Job Description Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)Location: WellingboroughSalary: 45,000Shifts: Days - Monday to FridayAre you a hands-on engineer with both mechanical and electrical expertise? If so, we want to hear from you.The RoleAs a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all plant and production equipment. You will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and continuous improvement to minimise downtime.Key Responsibilities:Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and production linesDiagnose faults, repair breakdowns and implement long-term fixesWork closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliabilitySupport ongoing projects, upgrades, and installationsEnsure all work complies with health & safety and site standardsWhat We're Looking ForTime-served Engineer or qualified to Level 3 (NVQ / City & Guilds) in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringStrong experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environmentConfident with both mechanical and electrical systems (motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, PLC fault finding etc.)Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvementTeam player with good communication and problem-solving skillsWhy ApplyCompetitive salary and overtime availableExcellent benefits and company pensionOngoing training and career development opportunitiesBe part of a growing, forward-thinking engineering teamReady to take the next step?
