Job Description Lithuanian-Speaking Nurse - Peterborough Lead Nurse | Complex Care | Full-Time Are you an experienced Nurse with a passion for delivering person-centred care? We are recruiting a Lithuanian-speaking Nurse to lead a small care team supporting an adult living with complex health needs following a brain injury and spinal injury. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to build a strong therapeutic relationship and guide a consistent care team around the client. About the Client The client is currently living in a Level 2 rehabilitation facility and will eventually be returning home, where care needs will evolve. Their clinical presentation includes: Brain injury and spinal injuryPEG for food and medicationsSignificant ongoing pain The ideal Nurse will be confident in delivering complex clinical care, supporting emotional wellbeing, and leading a team with compassion and structure. Your RoleAct as the Lead Nurse on shift, supporting a small care teamDeliver safe, effective care in line with clinical requirementsEnsure consistent communication with the wider MDTMonitor progress, mood, pain levels, and tolerance to diet changesPromote dignity, comfort, and stability for the clientProvide sensitive guidance and direction to support workersWorking Hours Initially:Daily shifts at the rehab facility: 7:00am-2:30pm2:30pm-10:00pmFuture:Expected transition to 12-hour shifts once the client returns home Potential patterns: 7/7 or 8/8 rotationTimescale for this change is still being finalisedWhat We're Looking ForRegistered Nurse (NMC)Fluent Lithuanian speaker - essentialExperience with brain injury and/or spinal injury (preferred)Confident delivering PEG careStrong leadership and communication skillsCalm, patient, and able to support someone with sensory sensitivities and low moodA proactive, compassionate approach to complex careClean driving license If you're a dedicated Nurse looking to build a meaningful, consistent relationship with a client and lead a team delivering high-quality, holistic care, we'd love to speak with you.
