Job Description Join our Team!We are excited to be recruiting for a full-time Multi-Site Practice Manager to join our team to work across M&S Dental Care in Fort William and Glencoe Dental Centre.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of well-regarded practices. Youll play a key role in driving the continued success of the practices, supporting a skilled clinical team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.Your RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the practices and ensuring the delivery of excellent patient experience. You will play an important role in the operational management of Practice Performance, Health & Safety, and Budgetary controls in line with our goals and values.Other duties include:Maximising the practice appointment book to effectively manage Associates time with patientsDelivering practice budget and associated key Performance indicators (KPIs) and overall practice profitabilityTaking a proactive approach to patient feedback and acting upon suggestions for improvementMaintaining practice cleanliness standards and managing internal cleaning rotasEnsuring efficient management and timely replenishment of stockEnsuring that all cross- infection procedures are carried out in compliance with Cross infection, Decontamination and Health & Safety proceduresCommunicating effectively with practice team members to promote a supportive working cultureSupporting individual performance by regular one-to-ones and providing training and support to colleagues when requiredAbout YouRelevant experience in a general practice environment, and GDC registration is preferred, but not essentialExperience working in a people management role is preferrableWilling to demonstrate the highest levels of patient careThe ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamEnthusiastic, with an appetite to learn and develop new skillsDemonstrable skills in the use of Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel) would be advantageousBenefitsWe know that in order to attract and retain the best talent, we must always look at ways in which we can keep our colleagues smiling.
