With an annual turnover approaching 100M, they specialise in ultra-high-end refurbishments, bespoke new builds, and luxury fit-outs across Prime and Super Prime London postcodes.Their portfolio includes exceptional private residences, boutique hotels, and landmark developments finished to the highest specification. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their commercial team.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially robust tenders across high-value luxury projects. This position requires a meticulous and commercially astute individual with a strong understanding of complex high-end construction.Depending on experience, the role can be offered at Estimator or Senior Estimator level.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for super prime residential and hospitality projectsAnalysing drawings, specifications, and related documentation to prepare accurate take-offsManaging the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submissionProducing bills of quantities where requiredObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsAttending site visits, pre-tender meetings, and client interviewsIdentifying value engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrityRisk analysis and allowance assessmentLiaising closely with Commercial, Pre-Construction, and Operational teamsSupporting post-tender negotiations and contract award processesMaintaining and developing strong relationships with key supply chain partnersCandidate RequirementsProven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within a main contractor environmentExperience working on luxury / super prime residential or high-end hospitality developments is highly desirableStrong knowledge of construction methods, high-end finishes, and bespoke detailingExperience pricing projects in LondonCommercially astute with excellent numerical and analytical skillsProficient in estimating software and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work to deadlinesRelevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) preferredWhats on OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Discretionary performance bonusPrivate healthcarePension schemeOpportunity to work on some of Londons most prestigious super prime developmentsLong-term career progression within a financially strong and growing contractorJBRP1_UKTJ
