You'll provide trusted advice, lead on employee relations casework, and contribute to organisation-wide people initiatives.What youll be doingReporting to the Strategic HR Business Partner, youll provide a high quality, proactive HR service across the full employee lifecycle.Your work will be varied and impactful, covering employee relations casework, job evaluation, HR policy development and workforce reporting. This is a role with real scope; youll be trusted to lead on defined projects and milestones, while also acting as a go-to advisor for managers and colleagues.Youll also contribute to, and lead elements of the People Plan, which may include HR initiatives such as wellbeing, EDI and learning & development.What were looking forYoull demonstrate the required HR skills and experience, supported by CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional experience in a HR generalist advisory role. Youll be experienced in using MS Excel and be able to generate workforce reports and analyse data to support evidence based decision making.Were also looking for someone who is a confident communicator, able to build trust and influence at all levels, and who thrives in a collaborative, values led culture.
