2 year fixed term contract Historic Environment Scotland (HES) is seeking candidates for a new role within the People Directorate.As our Employee Relations Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting an inclusive, safe and engaging culture across HES. This role is ideal for an experienced ER professional who wants to make a meaningful impact through proactive people practices, leadership development and highquality employee relations work. About the role You will work closely with the Head of People Services and collaborate with colleagues across the People Directorate, senior leaders, managers and Trade Union partners. You will lead on employee relations and policy activity, ensuring that casework is handled effectively, compassionately and in alignment with policy and legislation. You will also influence wider organisational initiatives in wellbeing, engagement and leadership, helping shape a positive employee experience. About you You will bring demonstrable experience in employee relations, detailed knowledge of UK employment law and strong coaching capability. You will be confident in handling complex cases, influencing senior stakeholders and leading policy development.
