Job Description A highly respected large Accountancy Practice is looking for an additional VAT Director to support their growing team in Manchester, paying c100,000 - 120,000 plus up to 25% Bonus.This is a fanastic opportunity for an exisiting VAT Director looking for a fresh challenge in a larger Firm or an experienced Senior Manager who is ready for that step up.You will be joining a supportive regional team with strong links nationally where collaboration is second nature and you will eb able to choose a sector, gain a potfolio from day one that you can build upon and develop.VAT Director Responsibilities:Lead and deliver high-quality VAT advisory services across a broad and complex client portfolioWork closely with Partners and fellow Directors as additional senior headcount (not a replacement)Advise clients across Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Public Sector, Customs & International Trade, and Environmental taxesManage and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorPlay a key role in business development, identifying opportunities and converting warm leadsProvide technical leadership and sign-off on complex VAT mattersCoach, develop and mentor senior managers and wider team membersContribute to the strategic direction and growth of the regional VAT practiceVAT Director attributes:CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Currently operating at VAT Director level or an experienced VAT Senior Manager ready to step upStrong technical VAT advisory background with exposure to complex projectsComfortable working across multiple sectors and client typesCommercially minded, with an interest in developing business and growing a portfolioCollaborative, approachable leadership styleEnjoys working in a flexible, modern professional services environmentVAT Director Benefits:Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 baseBonus: Up to 25%Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Manchester officeFlexible working arrangementsWarm projects and existing client portfolio on arrivalAbility to specialise in a particular sector or VAT nicheSupportive, collaborative senior leadership teamClear route for long-term progression within a large national practiceIf this VAT Director opportunity sounds perfect for you then APPLY NOW......JBRP1_UKTJ
